Yuba County SELPA Local Plan

Yuba County SELPA Local Plan Section A

The California Department of Education (CDE) requires that each SELPA obtain approval for the Annual Budget and Service Plans following a public hearing by the SELPA Governing Board.  The Superintendent’s Governance Council will maintain the previously adopted 2024-25 Governance and Administration (Section B) of the SELPA Local Plan, as is stands for three years. The next cycle of review and renewal of Section B will be done at the end of the 2026-27 school year and adopted for the 2027-28 school year. 

 The Superintendent’s Governance Council held a public hearing for Sections D and E of the SELPA Local Plan on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.  After the public hearing was closed, the Superintendent’s Governance Council opened a new meeting and approved the 2025-26 Annual Budget Plan (Section D) and Annual Service Plan (Section E).

The California Department of Education accepted the 2024-25 Yuba County SELPA Local Plan on July 24, 2024.

The California Department of Education accepted the 2025-2026 Yuba County SELPA Local Plan (Sections D & E) on May 28, 2025.
