Yuba County SELPA Local Plan Section A

The California Department of Education (CDE) requires that each SELPA obtain approval for the Annual Budget and Service Plans following a public hearing by its governing board. The Superintendents' Governance Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.  The Superintendents' Governance Council is set to approve the 2024-2025 Governance and Administration (Section B) Annual Budget Plan (Section D) and, Annual Service Plan (Section E), and their supporting attachments on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.  

The California Department of Education accepted the 2024-25 Yuba County SELPA Local Plan on July 24, 2024.
